啟靈導引口訣

母娘的啟靈是有方法有步驟的,文明的演進,人類逐漸喪失靈性,啟靈便需要導引,藉由導引,進入母娘的靈性世界,啟靈導引的口訣,是修鍊的瑰寶,如果不太了解也可以心領意會,去想像靈性的空間意境:

啟靈導引口訣

「飛玄紫氣凝靈根,綱維玉虛總萬神;

身中諸內境,三萬六千神;動作履行藏,前劫並後業。

願我身自在,常住三寶中;當於劫壞時,我身常不滅。

誦此真文時,身、心、口、業皆清淨。」

立正站好,兩眼微閉;安身,靜心,氣沈,精明,神清。

馬步弓捶,全身放鬆,心情平靜,上提頂,直脊尾正。

開肩胛,墜肘,手空,氣上身,沉肩,鬆胯,屈膝足穩。

氣集湧泉:

「順天鬆靜一太極,頭尾頂縮立兩儀;

沉肩鬆胯活四象,手弄足蹈八卦兮。」

吐納起式:

觀想母娘真神,吸引真氣,真神存入上丹田以神領氣,

雙手上提真氣透入下丹田,翻掌下按同時中宮緩緩吐出一氣,此氣黑色叫做濕氣,

二次吸氣,神入上丹,雙手上提,氣存下丹,翻掌下按二次吐氣,

三次吸氣,神入上丹,雙手上提氣存下丹,翻掌下按三次吐氣,此氣白色叫做舊氣,再吞咽液三次,一、二、三,然後。

四次吸氣,神入上丹,雙手上提氣存下丹,翻掌下按四次吐氣,

五次吸氣,神入上丹,雙手上提氣存下丹,翻掌下按五次吐氣,

六次吸氣,神入上丹,雙手上提氣存下丹,翻掌下按六次吐氣,此氣無色就是長久殘留體內的死氣,再吞咽液三次,一、二、三。吐納六氣後,中宮造金鼎,運氣鍊丹;

丹鼎起式:

運靈動氣。

一、                       旋轉乾坤,

二、                       頂天立地,

三、                       白虎下山,

四、                       朱雀展翅

五、                       青龍出水,

六、                       玄武下勢,

七、                       腳踏七星,

八、                       仙步八卦,

九、                       氣達九天。

丹氣既成;湧泉流精,會於中官,氣達四肢,透骨入脊,行於五臟。

五氣朝元,精氣合一,導入中脊,上升泥丸,精氣與神,

會於百會,神領精氣,三花聚頂就能脫殼,便得見母,

拜母求願,通靈達真,穿越時空,練身健魄,身心靈合,

太極修圓,回復本性。   

此是藉著啟靈導引達到,強健身體,明心見性,修鍊本靈的目標;啟靈的重點就是在於氣,氣的來源就是吐納,氣的終極目標就是精、氣、神三花聚頂,而後昇華,通靈達真;

如果一心不亂而能清靜,如果不要有太多的怪力亂神或文明智慧的包袱,母娘的啟靈也可以是不必導引而自到;是簡單的,基本的,溫馨的,就像回到母親的懷抱那麼容易,那麼滿足。

The Practice of suffering, accumulation, cessation, and Tao is neither for growing wisdom nor for getting what you want. 苦,寂,滅,道的修行,不是在成就智慧,也不是想要有所得到. That is to become the Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva to save the people. 而是成為救苦救難的觀自在菩薩. I trekked and was in Mountains meditation practice for 17 years. 我十七年來的長途跋涉,深山修行 To rely on prajna-paramita I understand my destiny. 從體認般若波羅蜜多大智慧進而了解自己天命. I go peacefully with the fate, no worries, no trouble, no terror. 我一切隨緣清靜, 心無牽掛,阻礙,恐怖。 From confused to realized, I escaped from distorted dream. 從迷到悟,我遠離了一切顛倒夢想。 Uphold the firm belief. All Buddha of the past, present and future bless me. 秉持堅定信念,三世諸佛菩薩保佑 To rely on prajna-paramita leads to the opposite…Nirvana 依般若波羅蜜多大智慧便能到彼岸,登涅槃, Attain the anuttara-samyak-sambodhi which is the upper energy of vacant spirit. 得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提的上乘空靈能量. Therefore, know that prajna-paramita is the great transcendent mantra, the great bright mantra, the supreme mantra, the unequalled balanced mantra 所以般若波羅蜜多心經是是大神咒。是大明咒。是無上咒。是無等等咒。 能掃除一切苦厄。真實不虛假。 That can eliminate all suffering, and is real, not false. “揭諦揭諦 波羅揭諦 波羅僧揭諦 菩提薩婆訶” “gate, gate, paragate, parasamgate, bodhi, svaha!”
